What is Title Insurance
Title Insurance provides the property owner (and their heirs) against claims that would threaten title and possession to the property.
Cost Of Title Insurance
Unlike other forms of insurance, the original premium is your only cost as long as you or your heirs own the property. There are no annual payments to keep your Owners Title Insurance Policy in force. Please use our calculator for a custom quote on your property.

RG Title has closing locations across Minnesota. We can also accommodate remote and virtual closings.
How quickly can RG Title close
Generally speaking RG Title can close your real estate transaction in 5 business days. However, every property transaction is unique and we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your circumstances and provide you a timeline specific to your property and needs.
